International agreements with partner universities provide the framework for UNSAM's internationalization actions. The aim is to strengthen our participation networks in academic, scientific, cultural and management mobility programs.
Cooperation Agreement: University partnership agreement; may also be concluded at the faculty level as a faculty partnership agreement.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU): a declaration of intent signed by all negotiating parties that is not legally binding. The MoU summarizes the results of discussions held to date, proposes a timetable for the implementation of projects, and names future contract partners. It is advisable to include a limit with regard to the validity period.
Letter of Intent (LOI): Declaration of intent by one of the negotiating parties that is not legally binding.

The counterpart must present the following documentation prior to the execution of the agreements:
UNSAM currently has around 350 framework agreements in force, and one 125 international mobility agreements (Specific Agreements).
The International Office keeps the registry and monitoring of the cooperation agreements where these relations are formalized, whether in the academic, cultural or research fields at UNSAM.
